Halifax Airport Pickup Procedure
Once you arrive at the Halifax Airport and have collected your bags, please proceed from the luggage carousel to the Ground Transportation Booth, where you will “check in” and be given directions on where to meet your car and driver. Once you get to curb outside the airport please turn to the right (opposite direction to the regular taxi stand) and go to the sign that says pre-arranged (Approx. 5 feet, ). The driver will know your name, if he doesn’t, please don’t get in with them as your driver will be there directly (It should take only a couple of minutes for your driver to reach you at the pre-arranged pick-up area.) Delayed Flights
We track all flight for any possible delays and make sure that your car is there on time. We do not charge any waiting time for the delayed flights.
Canceled Flights
If your flight is canceled please call us and we will cancel your booking. If you are a pre paid customer we will also refund your fare.
